By accessing or using Trading Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trading Dashboard is an investment portfolio tracking and monitoring tool for US and Taiwan stock markets. Features include portfolio management, price alerts, watchlists, and cash account tracking.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at jackskyhigh@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is billed monthly at USD $39/month. A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Payments
Payments for international users are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Taiwan-based users may use alternative local payment methods. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Trading Dashboard makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
