Refund Policy

Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge
• You have not exceeded reasonable usage of Pro features during the period
• Technical issues caused by our Service prevented you from using it

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Subscription renewals after the initial period (unless required by law)
• Partial months — subscriptions are billed monthly in full
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• Change of mind after the 7-day window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at jackskyhigh@gmail.com with:

• Your account email address
• The reason for your refund request
• Transaction ID or payment date

We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. International payments via Paddle are refunded through Paddle. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
